• Experience as a Senior Support Consultant
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and/or Dynamics AX.

The successful candidate will bring a combination of finance nuance and excellent customer engagement to the team.

We are looking for a capable, strong, and experienced Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations Senior Consultant who has a track record of high service standards and support of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations/Dynamics AX solutions.

• You will have excellent experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and/or Dynamics AX.
• Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and/or Dynamics AX would beneficial.
• Extensive experience as a Senior D365FO Support Consultant.
• A willingness to learn and take on more challenges.
• Ability to resolve assigned support issues while closely monitoring existing requests, ensuring customers are kept up to date and informed through the support lifecycle.
• The ability to guide our customers through go live to BAU support.
• A friendly and customer-focused attitude with a passion for excellence, quality, and customer care.
• Ability to mentor and guide other staff members
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and analyze customer issues and requests with a passion to build and improve existing processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clients and users as well as peers and developers across the product teams.
• You are not only able to resolve problems but provide value and solutions through suggested enhancements.
